Alex Murdaugh double murder conviction overturned by SC Supreme Court

The county clerk is taking the fall for this one, she improperly influenced someone with her loud mouth. Murdaugh won't be released while awaiting trial.

Sounds like a correct ruling. He's not getting out and will most likely get found guilty again.

This trial will hopefully not have the attention of the first one. Still a lot of money wasted, and if it results in a hung jury, they do it a 3rd time.
