After hearing all the evidence there is no doubt that Kyle acted in self defense. No doubt whatsoever.

The Prosecution have been bumbling idiots and haven't proven anything.

It should be a slam dunk except that the Defense lawyers have been very weak in challenging the Prosecution's bullshit.

This guy Richards hasn't been very aggressive in challenging Littlefinger and Fat Albert and that is fucking his client.

The Judge started out doing all the right things to provide justice for Kyle but after the New York Times article accusing him of being a racist he lost his backbone.

It is up to the jury now (after closing arguments) to give Kyle justice because the Court sure as hell didn't do it. All the charges should have been dropped by now because there is no evidence that Kyle didn't act in self defense.

Typically cases are won or lost in jury selection. In this county it is more random than in many.

We will see if there are Left Wing idiots on the jury or Patriots. The right to use a firearm in self defense against an attack from rioters should never be abrogated.

The situation was created that makes a big part of those feelings legitimate, because of America's unequal treatment of black people. That created a 'race' problem that is now a racism problem.

I have a higher clarity of thought where even most righties don't understand now that the criminal element must be fought off. In my twenties I was attacked a couple of times--I escaped but I always wondered if I had a gun with me and shot the criminals if that wouldn't have saved other victims of theirs. In fact, the way I see it, people will be even more reluctant to shoot in self-defense because of this malicious prosecution.
