Did you know that the Dallas police sent the rifle to the fbi for forensics and they took it apart and couldn't find a fingerprint on it until a couple of people went to the funeral home, took Oswald's fingerprints, and then they found a thumbprint on the barrel after that. It was his rifle, fingerprints. even if that is not suspect, would be on it. Any competent lawyer would have destroyed this case if it would have went to trial. PARAFFIN TEST

There is no evidence that anyone went to the funeral home and took his prints and THEN found them on the gun. That little detail about the funeral home is made up from thin air

They found a palm print on the under side of the barrel. Which they were not looking for at first. This is not suspicious or unusual as he simply wipe the exteriror down right before stashing it.

They simply need to look closer to find something. The under side of the barrel would have been protected by the stock leaving an old print there.

The paraffin tests was INCONCLUSIVE evidence and that is all. Even today tests for gun powder residue are not court room evidence as they can easily be negated by simply washing ones hands. In other words a negative test proves nothing.


The fact is had Oswald survived there was no defense attorney alive at the time who could have won the case. Today with changes that have taken place over the years he would have stood only a slightly better chance but not a good one.
