I think it is safe to say that LBJ was the Godfather of generational poverty.
Nope, that would be a retarded thing to say. Generational Poverty existed before LBJ got there, and it didn't disappear when Clinton and Gingrich "Reformed" welfare to punish people for being poor.
This is why I'm nominating him the worst US President in my book. I think he knowingly destroyed families to create a reliable voting base. Killing families on purpose for political gain is about as bad as it can get in my book.
Assumes facts not in evidence. The traditional family has vanished for a lot of reasons. I could argue that the real killer has been the corporate mentality that puts people in debt until their late 30's, which means they put off having families until their biological clocks are about to run out.
I'm not huge into presidential history, was there anyone worse than Johnson?
Yes, we can tell you don't understand Presidential History by making the kinds of comments you made.
Here's my list of ones who were much, much worse.
Trump. - Just an awful human being. Racist, gave us riots, plagues and recession.
Andrew Johnson- Screwed up Reconstruction, gave us the racial problems we have to this very day.
James Buchanan- Ignored the buildup to the Civil War
Nixon- Corrupted the system to his own ends.
Coolidge - Ignored the market fraud that caused the Great Depression, which plunged us into WWII.
