You retard, Iran attacked the USA 47 years ago, and has been at war with us ever since.

Trump is the first president to say ok, let's dance.

Take your bullshit lies and shove them up your ass, you loon.
Our history in Iran didn't start in 1979. 73 years ago the US and the UK overthrew the elected Mossadegh's government. The Shah's government lasted about as long as the oil contract......

You know what else would stop that brutal violence, and overdose deaths?

If people like Tomm Petty, and yourself, stopped using illegal drugs.
Yep it would. If Americans stopped drinking beer in the 20's they'd never repealed the Amendment. I don't support the cartels with my hard earned cash. Nor am I a rock star. I haven't bought any recreational substances from foreign sources, except for beer, wine, and liquor, since the early 80's.

But then again I don't buy fireworks from China to celebrate our independence anymore either.

The United States overthrew a Democratically Government and restored a brutal dictator. We are still dealing with the ramifications of that act. The rise of the Islamic State is a direct result of restoring the Shah. Carter had no business allowing the Shah into this country in 1979.

The attack on the U.S. Embassy could have been prevented, the warning signs were there, but the U.S. chose to ignore them. IF the U.S. had just stayed **** out of Iran's business in 1950's all of this could have been easily avoided. Cons seem to ignore fact.

Doesn't matter. Iran invaded the USA 47 years ago, we never responded.

Now we are.
It does matter. We installed an authoritarian puppet government 73 years who occupied Iran for 25 years. That's what fostered the viral opposition among the Muslims.

Oh? So a government, where previously there was none of any consequence, is suddenly a bad thing?

It’s war.

People need to stop being pussies about it.

Just hope it’s a short war.

Yes and, despite Democrat crying, it is perfectly within the WPA. The Democrats are trying to change that with legislation but they will be unsuccessful. Democrats = traitors.
Legislation = Treason

Why should we submit to legal beagles in the Beltway? Their silly Constitution is a suicide pact for American security. We were in an entirely different world situation when it was written.

It should have been only a temporary start-up document, not a permanent set of supreme laws. And only the government can tell us what it means; what kind of self-determination is that?

I now see Trump supporters shading the argument...

They do this because Trump said he wouldn’t start any wars. Just a quick note...Trump lies more than anyone in the history of the nation...you don’t really need to try to salvage his reputation as being completely dishonest.

Anyway, I was hoping to see if the board is really buying the malarkey.

Trump and Jews could drop a nuke on Iran and the Trump cum swizzling MAGAts would not say it is a war. And yes, Donald J. Trump is a lying conman of the highest order. Now, I'm not saying dems are better. Just saying.

The Constitution has been working for hundreds of years. The Constitution did indeed set up the structure of our government however, it is not a 'suicide pact' in any way. The Constitution allows US to not have a dictator or tyrannical system or a religious government based on religious dogma. At the same time, the Constitution allows The People to worship freely.

Me either. Yet other people seem unable to cease, even though they are supporting mass murder and random death.

In reality the Ayatollah had no problem with the Shah coming here at first. It was the Shah who refused Carters invite in early 79 and stayed in Spain to cause trouble for the new regime. The attack on our Embassy in November was second time the students took it over. The first time the Regime ran the students off. It was all about access to oil and keeping the Russians hand off the oil.

To be fair, we’ve been calling every war since WWII ended “military actions”. There hasn’t been an actual declaration of war since then.

It’s not a new thing

I understand that. I never said it was a new thing. And there are some things you have to do in the name of the country covertly. Our ships flying our flagas and our uniformed military aren’t doing their stuff covertly in most cases.

The point I was making was that the President and his Party sometimes say “its war” and othertimes they say it isn’t. There shouldn’t be any ambiguity from the commanders.

Hell yeah!

And it’s glorious!
