Boys were tough
Girls were pretty
No LBQ insanity
No bums defecating all over the streets
No talk of replacing US history
Both parties were pro - American
No massive welfare state
No Tech pirates running the World
No burning down every major city
Kids were not drugged to death by Fake docs
No black history month every other month
Police could be police
No changing silly team names
Congressional leaders were respected and pro America.
etc etc

I could go on and on
And yes we had the Nintendo

Put on your swatch watch, pop in a New Kids on the Block cassette and have at it.

Boys were tough

Rocking out to dudes with long hair, doused in hair spray, wearing mascara, and wearing tight leather pants.

No LBQ insanity

Because everybody deluded themselves into believing everybody was straight, no matter how obviously gay they were.

How did the fall of the Soviet Union affect the Cold War?
The collapse of the Soviet Union started in the late 1980s and was complete when the country broke up into 15 independent states on December 25, 1991. This signaled the end of the Cold War between the Soviet Union and the United States. Mikhail Gorbachev was elected General Secretary of the Soviet Union in 1985.

The 90s was most profitable for us....

Gasoline prices were still below a buck,

you could fly, under any name you wished

... with no I'D needed, for nothin'....

The Berlin Wall: The Fall of the Wall
On November 9, 1989, as the Cold War began to thaw across Eastern Europe, the spokesman for East Berlin's Communist Party announced a change in his city's relations with the West. Starting at midnight that day, he said, citizens of the GDR were free to cross the country's borders.Nov 9, 2019

80s and 90s were both good

Lets see.......my late beautiful precious Billy Joe Royal was back on the radio, my late beautiful precious Steve Sanders was the lead singer of the Oak Ridge Boys and my beautiful precious Bronson Pinchot was the star of a TV show named Perfect Strangers..........yep, what more could a girl ask for? :) :) :)

God bless you and Bronson always!!!

They were good as well.
Also the last decade to produce actual music instead of the crap we have today.
