If laws pass that prohibits any individual or organization from owning too many dollars, they'll have to return it to the government that issued it. It's called taxes. A good way to stop capitalists from further exploiting human labor is to tax them out of existence, forcing them to get a job like everybody else. These capitalists just don't like to work. They love their little fiefdoms, being a dictator over people's lives, in the workplace, and politically as well. They hate democracy.
