This time it's Philadelphia, but pick any other big city that has been run by the democrats for decades. Lawlessness, 3rd world behavior, and plenty of illegal aliens. Along with, a complete breakdown of families and morals.
Dumb ass scooter rider, speeding down wrong lane, gets hit by car who couldn't see him. Then, rider proceeds to take out gun and shoot down the street and hit three innocent bystanders to the accident. Guy in car was right to get the hell out of there, I don't care whether it's a hit and run or not. Man would have been dead otherwise.
