The US invaded Grenada rescued the students and evacuated. No Grenadians who didn't attack US Forces were injured or killed. I haven't noticed any Russians evacuating from Donbass.

I had in mind the constant terrifying of the Ukrainian population. Your argument allows anybody to intervene in this war now, too.

The US made those rules but you expect other Countries to play nice, did you have any concerns about thousands of civilians killed by Ukraine shelling of Donetsk from 2014? this was back then when Donetsk was shelled every day, these are some Ukrainians taken prisoner by the Donbass Militia at the time, they were Ukrainian Citizens who refused to go along with the Coup and had to take up arms when they were attacked, these Ukrainian army personell are lucky they were not lynched.
