China doesn't depend solely on e.g. Iran - if they can get it from Iran good for them - otherwise they purchase from someone else. In contra to a TOTALLY Oil&Gas relying country like the USA - thanks to TACO - China has invested trillions into new energies. And it is the CPC's 50 years forecast of centralized control and power that makes them resilient to TACO.
Therefore "democratic" unrest stirred by the US Democrats and other countries democrats - is the only real danger to a 50 year plan ensured by a single political power, that if necessary reorganizes/adjusts it's plan every 5 years.
