Agreed. If some stupid riot causes you to commit suicide, you never had what it takes to be a police officer in the first place. Police officers see the most gruesome things on the job: people stabbed 20 times barely recognizable, bodies found 20 or more days later decayed and smelly, children shot dead from drive-by's, people burned to death in house fires. And some yahoos rioting caused these officers to kill themselves? What would they do if they had a real police job?

I know police officers. I know the psychological examinations they must take before even being considered for the academy. None of these people who committed suicide did so because of a riot.
