I think you're full of shit. The movement has no political agenda and isn't sided with liberals or conservatives. Everyone in the movement has their own beliefs about what they want the movement to accomplish and that's why you see everything from anarchists to socialists and so on. Not to mention, last time I checked anyways, they were planning on protesting the Democratic Convention because in the end both parties are corrupt. This whole thread is such a joke
You're misinformed. OWS is fully funded & endorsed by the Democratic Party,George Soros, and many other far Left organizations. They may have started out as having no political agenda or being non-partisan,but that's long long gone now. The far Left Entitlement nutters control OWS completely. Now it's just all about the "Gimme Gimme Gimme" Entitlement stuff. They had a chance to do something good in the beginning. But now that opportunity is gone forever.
Even if Soros did contribute to the movement, they're still way to unorganized to have a leader or any sort of agenda for that matter. Regardless of the movement itself winning however, they are bringing economic inequality and political corruption into the lives of the masses, and as I've said before, politics is actually becoming a talking point amongst people of all ages... something that hasn't really been seen since the radio shifted the focus of the people towards celebrities and other useless bullshit. The fact of the matter is, the people running our government (with the exception of a few) are looking out for their own interests and not the peoples. That's something that needs to change, wouldn't you agree?
I can agree with your sentiment but that's not what OWS is about at this point. Like i said, they had a real chance to do some good early on. They started out a bit non-partisan and with no political agenda but then quickly morphed into the same ole far Left 'Gimme Gimme Gimme' Entitlement stuff. They are now fully controlled by Soros, the Democratic Party, and many other extremist Left organizations. And now Wall Street has shrugged them off and is kicking their ass. They had a chance but blew it. That's how i see it anyway.
