That's either a Mk15 SASR .50 BMG or a Barrett M82. Couldn't get a good look at it except the flash suppressor.
On the team we shot the Barrett Light M107 .50 cal. The McMillan, the M21 and the M24.
Not sure what the distance he was firing, but a Barrett is pretty accurate inside 1000 meters.
Looked like Marine snipers.

It must be nice to be the VP and have access to the entire US military's arsenal. I would have asked them if I could let off a couple hundred rounds with a 50 caliber M2 Browning, toss a few grenades, and launch a couple shoulder-fired missiles too.
What fun.
M2 is fun, but the Mk19 is pretty fun too.
But I always had fun making shape charges with C4.
It would be fun to shoot a 40mm cannon on a AC-130 Spectre gunship.

Yeah, that is what I want, A VP with a needle dick that can shoot, except, with the arms he was yielding, not very impressive. I will meet him at the range for a contest anytime, anywhere. In fact, I would meet any of you gun nuts at the range of your choosing.

That does look like the range at Quantico. They have a trap field there where I used to pick up 12 ga cases for reloading. There was a sgt there that saved them for me. They used win AA cases which crimped perfectly and were once fired.
The only thing that told me it Quantico was the trees and the Marines.
It looks just like the ranges here at Ft Campbell KY.

I didn't really pay attention to Winston. Anyone who brags about their marksmanship without knowing the background of the folks here really looks foolish. I've had friends take me to the range and show me how little they know.
Many of them think Rambo was 100% authentic.
There really aren't nuclear tipped arrows is seems.
