JD Vance's strained relationship with the truth.

Vice President JD Vance weighed into the case and falsely said on X Tuesday that Garcia was a "convicted MS-13 gang member." Garcia has no criminal convictions in the U.S. or in El Salvador, his legal team said in the lawsuit.

In a follow-up post on X Tuesday, Vance stood by his comments and called Garcia "an illegal immigrant with no right to be in our country," despite the 2019 protection order against his removal from the U.S.

Could we just pause for a moment to consider the audacious way Vance is approaching this scandal. It's more or less in keeping with the way the regime has approached the Signal chat scandal. Namely, denial of demonstrable facts in evidence.

That said, if the regime has evidence proving what Vance said about Garcia's criminal record it's about time they produced it. Until then, given what the man's attorneys are saying, and the threat of perjuring themselves they are under if their filing is wrong, we should assume JD is lying.

As numb as we have become to all the lies, denials, and counter charges, this one seems significant. The VP has apparently told an overt falsehood in defense of what looks like an egregious violation of Garcia's rights. It shouldn't be commonplace............but it is.

Under normal circumstances this would be a page one story with the opposition party calling for congressional investigations (Repubs have no interest in investigating) if not the outright resignation of the VP. Cuz this is just one aspect of a story involving the admin refusing to comply with numerous court orders regarding other deportees sent to El Salvador. But it's importance is somewhat minimized by the swirl of other controversies. Including the market being on edge about the impending tariff announcement coming tomorrow. Which is no doubt why the regime continues to flood the zone with chaos every day. It leaves little time for anyone to catch their breath. It's past time we breathe deep.

Sounds very sad.
Hopefully all the other illegal aliens self-deport before they get scooped up.

IF TRUE blame the Biden Junta, That's what happens when you clog the system with over 15,000,000 unvetted illegals

More than 1% of those jailed or deported were AMERICANS.
Either we have been very sloppy or just wrong. That percentage of Americans is not ok.

I'm not sure how, but your post is making me MORE hostile to immigrants and their interests.

I think, I no longer just want them deported back to where they came from.

Now, I wanted them FINED, first, to pay for the cost of the process.

Keep posting. I am sure you can do more.
