Harris herself was an advocate for reliable sources of information for both COVID and election results and pressured social media companies on the management of content to minimize 'misinformation' throughout 2021 after the election. The First Amendment restricts government, not American citizens. Censorship restricts all.

Thanks to Harris and Democratic leadership, the public pressure they applied towards social media and tech companies paid off for them. Democrats continue to chip away at our First Amendment rights, and both Harris and Walz support further 'exceptions' with free speech as they and Democrats (like Clinton and Kerry) have continued to communicate.
