What has been "exported" is the right wing shrill of "We lost, therefore it must be electoral fraud".

Electoral fraud has existed for as long as there have been elections. Brazil has had electoral fraud for a long time. When you have a simple "whoever wins this is the leader" kind of election, you'll get people claiming fraud.

Then get rid of your silly electoral system and change it for a parliamentary Proportional Representation system. Harder to commit fraud.
