On the other hand, if they had stopped building Me-109's and shifted to the FW-190, and later the FW-190D9 and for jets the Arado 234 would have been a good investment, and on the ground, stop making the MG34 and go full on MG 42 and STG 44, THAT would have had an impact on the war. The V2 though? A tremendous waste of resources.

Except none of those things would have had an effect on the war, because by the time it had happened, Germany had lost too many men on the fronts, and their allies were all looking for ways to negotiate separate peace deals.
