Let's take a deeper look at the Commonwealth of Virginia

We have a racist Governor, a sexual predator for Lt Governor, and now a pedophile in the State Senate!

But lo - what noise or rumors of this throughout the land?

Where is the vaunted free, fair and curious American press?

Oh wait; these are liberal progressives, nothing to see here

LOOK - RUSSIA, NO. I MEAN UKRAINE!!

Blackface scandal, Northam: Virginia election may go way of Democrats

Virginia official accused of rape will have to resign if allegations are true: governor

Controversial lawmaker who served time for teen sex scandal wins Virginia state Senate seat

A lot of voting issues in Virginia..

Does anyone really trust democrats in a room full of ballots?

Northern Virginia has turned into Maryland, and the Virginia GOP is filled with high-quality numbskulls.

Culturally, northern VA is the North, southern VA, except Richmond, Norfolk, and university towns is the South. (Ironically, southern MD is the North and northern MD is the South.) In VA the GOP wants the government to be tiny and do nothing, the Dems want it to build and maintain roads and infrastructure. That said, I think the main issue in the past election was support for Trump and that has been slipping since he took office.

Yeah, well watch Richmond. In January the Democrats will bring up a raft of unconstitutional gun restrictions and Sanctuary state laws. They have already so stated.

That is where the war will begin.

The vote had nothing to do with roads and infrastructure.

Sure it did. Even more so, healthcare, education and gun laws.

If their laws are unconstitutional they'll be struck down so you needn't worry. Unless you're really worried they ARE Constitutional?

I agree the vote had nothing to do with roads and infrastructure, it was a referendum on Trump. It was an off-year election and the turn out was still high.

The Democrats picked up 174,000 votes straight out of prison. They plan on doing this state by state. The left ratchet.
By the way...the people of Virginia objected. The House and Senate rejected a change in the Constitution which bans felons from voting and the Virginia Supreme Court ruled against it. So the Democrats, in their never ending quest to defeat Americans, decided the governor would pardon felons individually. They have a committee of ten and an autopen signing day and night.
Never ever vote for a Democrat. Along with the handouts comes slavery.

Virginia has a massive rural-urban divide. The urban areas are getting bluer and the rest of the state is getting redder. It all comes down to population density.

Such naivete.

This is true across the nation. Rural voters want to live free of government while urban voters want government to provide the services they require. Unfortunately for rural voters, the jobs, and therefore the people, are in the urban areas, at least for now.

What use are the GOPers who want to conserve liberalism - just three years ago? Conserve the 5 genders instead of the 74. Conserve gay marriage, instead of the pedo - child marriage.

Meanwhile import millions of 3rd world invaders and pay for them to make children - waiting for yourself to be replaced.

I do not think I have ever heard anyone being a bigger loser than this.

Many things consumers need are being built in rural areas.. the hub of free people is what created our American cities no handouts

It was industrialization that created urbanization. Rural areas cover 97 percent of the nation's land area but contain 19.3 percent of the population (about 60 million people). The way our government is structured they are a very powerful minority.

I'm heartened to know you go into urban neighborhoods and interview the Blacks you meet there. Not sure what your point is however?
