As for the military, vets and police, I have serious doubts as to whether they would get involved simply because Trump does not get elected. I am a vet, and I will not bear arms against my own country just because some lunatic's ego can't take losing.

But thanks for confirming that most sensible decent military would not allow themselves to be used against their own country and people, but most vets, cops, etc., WILL on their own defend their country from all threats foreign and domestic, as much as that may sound contradictory.

And you can bet that lots of republicans own guns they are not willing to report and they probably individually own a lot more! Even independents own 50% more than democrats. People registered democrat are by far the smallest group of gun owners and I'm betting a lot of indies would side with conservatives in a civil war, so, if it comes to that, looks like democrats will get their clocks cleaned.
