quotes from the interview:

"Our highest aims should be to constrain malevolence and work to decrease suffering."

—Jordan Peterson

“Being is suffering tainted by malevolence. So, what’s the meaning? There’s pain to alleviate, there’s chaos to confront, there’s order to establish and revivify, and there’s evil to constrain, not least in our own hearts. That’s meaning enough for everyone.”

-- Jordan Peterson

“Here’s a worthy and noble ambition:
Strength in the face of adversity.”
― Jordan B. Peterson !!

“Everybody is a strange mixture of victim and victimizer.” - Jordan Peterson

"you have to be selfish to survive" - JP

Jordan Peterson once said that silence is a good indicator that people are paying attention in an audience.

& Scott Adams once said that if you say something sexually provocative to a date and they’re silent, it’s because you said something they enjoy and are at a loss for words

I don't have time to waste because you can't answer a simple f-ing question!
He's a clinical psychologist by trade, but in the last several years went from being a professor of psychology to traveling the world giving speeches about culture and religion and writing several books about these topics.

He gained notoriety by protesting the passage of a bill in Canada called C-6, which, among other things, had a vaguely worded clause that opened the possibility of misgendering people becoming a criminal offense. He and many others have stated that this bill supports censorship against free speech.

Since then, he's used his platform to discuss a variety of topics mostly aimed at guiding young men toward living virtuously and ambitiously. He has a quite a few female fans as well though.

He's a Canuck which means chances are he is a libtard. I have no inclination to listen to what he has to say because he is obviously a grifter.

Thank you for the information. I had already Googled his name, and was not impressed.

I'll put it this way: He's not very popular among much of the left. A lot of SJW types seem to think he's a misogynist.

There are some center-left people ok with him though.

He's a social conservative by today's standards but seems to be left of center on economics.

Peterson has been accused that the alt-right and Nazis come to his rallies. he describes the claims as "utter nonsense"

he was a socialist as a kid
