That's what got me. It wasn't enough that Karmelo killed their son and brother, they had to harass and insult the victim's family even though the family had nothing to do with either Karmelo being charged or his arrest and conviction. The only thing the family is guilty of is losing a son and brother. Yet somehow, even they didn't escape the directed hate and racism.

I saw a video on the first or second day of the trial where Karmelo and Austin supporters are facing off against each other and this one black woman is pacing up and down in front of the Austin supporters berating them in a growling voice trying to sound intimidating. I just laughed my ass off because she sounded like a cartoon bad guy or something. It was hilarious.
