Vance - "I promise you there is no person more impatient to solve the affordability crisis than Donald J. Trump"

I'm confused, so maybe someone can help me out. Not even a week ago, Trump called the affordability crisis a hoax, so why is Vance claiming that the best person to fix the affordability crisis is the president? If it's a hoax, there's nothing to fix, right?

To get a grip on how the Trump Administration works you have to read 1984. It is called Doublethink.

"Affordability" is both a hoax and is real in MAGA world.

It depends who is speaking.

Exactly right. It's so blatantly and abjectly idiotic and dishonest, that it's not something that occurs to normal humans. You have to have this described to you and see it to believe it.

The purhasing power of the average American sure isn't much to write home about, that's for sure. It's been eroding for a very, very long time. And they're quickly running out of road to keep kicking the same old can down.

Worst part about it is that it's merely a single consequence of a much deeper, much more historic malfeasance and rejecion of the tradional American philosophy of strictly limited government; one which is rarely confronted. but rather condoned and relied upon for every little thing collectively.
I've been telling you all that because of Trump's tariffs, price increases are coming. I sell manufacturing aftermarket stuff. 10% tariff cause it comes from the UK. Lucky not from EU, 15%. So for a month I was adding tariffs to all my quotes. Nov 1 they raised their prices 10% and dropped the tariffs. That price increase is coming to you and I soon. In whatever all my customers make. Which is EVERYTHING.

I got coffee today. $12.99. A couple months ago $8.99. That's a big price increase. And that's just my coffee. What about everything else?

Trump fucked us all. But gold all over the white house. New ballrooms. Fix up his plane. Parades. Great Gatsby Parties. Living lavishly. Oh but he doesn't get a paycheck. LOL

Not what he said. He said blaming the affordability on his administration was the hoax, but you knew that. Your TDS has rendered you incapable of telling the truth.

No. It is the typical death throes of late stage capitalism finally drawing it's last gasp.

Capitalism doesn’t die.
Sure it does. Everything does. Like everything else it is born, then it goes through a cycle of growth, then maturity, then decline and finally death. It is the natural order of all living things.
The myth of capitalism is that an economy can continue growing and expanding indefinitely with no natural limits. That is folly.
Like the late, great Edward Abbey once said "growth for the sake of growth is the ideology of the cancer cell."

The fact that anyone would buy what these people say paints a terrible picture of this country. Now the whole world sees it. It's all out in the open.

Donald Trump has said that claims of an affordability crunch in the US are a “con job” and “hoax” perpetuated by Democrats as rising prices become a growing political liability for Republicans.

The US president on Wednesday doubled down on his claim that prices are falling across the country as he pushed back against voter frustration over the cost of living that is eroding his polling numbers.“Just about everything is down,” Trump said, as he announced a rollback of fuel economy standards.

“They use the word affordability — it’s a Democrat hoax. They’re the ones who drove the prices up.”“I think affordability is the greatest con job,” he added. “They look at you and they say affordability. They don’t say anything else.”

In other words, you have no source other than yourself. Got it
I linked an MIT article. Your lies are obvious.
We were in the depths of a pandemic when he was sworn in shit brains.
We were back to work when Biden was sworn in.
The pandemic was basically over May 2020 when the shutdown ended and everyone went back to work.

Employment levels didn't reach pre-pandemic levels until mid-2022.

A major driver of inflation was the sheer amount of cash being pumped into the economy. Much of that cash (definitely not all) was shoved into people's pockets in 2020, and remained in their pockets until they had a chance to really start to spend it in 2021-2022.

Yes and I asked where in the article it blamed it all on Biden and the democrats. You can’t cite any passage where it does.

And trillions of dollars of stimulus money was injected into the economy by your blob too, right? Not that the democrats were out to lunch at the time...but the stimulus checks had your blob’s name on them.

The "MIT blame" is on overspending during Biden's term, not during Trump's term when the economy was shut down between March and May of 2020, duh.

So your source doesn’t confirm what you’re saying...just that Biden spent some money.

Okay...well, gee, your blob spent a shitload of money too.

So since you’ve now confirmed that your source doesnt’ back up your allegation in anyway whatsoever....please regale us with why you think the trillions in debt your blob spend and the trillions in debt that Biden spent are somehow different...because you’ve blamed spending for the inflation. When asked how the Democrats caused the inflation...here is what you said...

Over-spending...

Good luck getting out of the corner you’ve so wonderfully painted yourself into.

Overspending during Biden's term caused runaway inflation according to MIT, none of your twisted excuses can dance around that FACT.
