That is total baloney!I disagree with the ultimate result but it was the correct ruling for a TRO, under the irreparable harm standard. The judge made the right decision.
The Judge ought to have required petitioners to show evidence that Governor Youngkin’s order was not advancing the general welfare of the children and parents involved.
Additionally, the Judge’s ruling pretends a newly elected governor is bound to follow a previous governor’s executive order, which is flat out BS!
Finally, even King Fauci recently expressed concern about the impact on school aged children when he said “hopefully” forcing young children to wear face masks won’t have any “lasting negative impact” on them.
His wording confirms there is a negative impact. His only question is, is it “lasting”?
