Of course they have. For years people from both parties have attended church services and gladhandled.people on the way in and out. And for years, ethics watchdogs have been saying they can't do that.

But still, it is not Harris's job to maintain the tax exempt status of a church. That's the church's job.

But with the nation being 80% Christian, no prosecutor is touching that with a ten foot pole.
