I remember reading an article about a few months ago about a man who was arrested for walking around naked in his own home.. The neighbors called the cops on him because they saw him through the window. The courts found him not guilty because he was in his own home. If the neighbors didn't want to see him, all they had to do was stop looking in his windows.
