where is the lie?

She said that Roe does not fall into the category of SCOTUS decisions that should not ever be questioned. That is what she said at her nomination hearing... that Roe (my words) is not Constitutional and it definitetly was NOT.

I have studied law some, have read books on various scotus decisions. Anyone who knows even a little about the Constitution knows that Roe violated it.. and also violates the Declaration of Indepence (Right to LIFE, liberty..") , which some legal scolars says trumps the Constitution if there is ever a contradiction btwn those 2 documents.

She said Roe was (my words) not a good decision that we should have to live with forever. And then she voted against it
