The Federal Government doesn’t work that way. Once they obtain power, and have it accepted by the Judiciary, they’re never giving it back.

I find it sad that a foreigner can read the Constitution and find the problem immediately but so many US Citizens flatly refuse to accept the way it should be.

It all depends on how people learn it. I read it with out hearing some one else's opinion so my conclusion was based on what was written. Of course what I learned in life influenced my thoughts. A lot of people couldn't be bothered to read about it so their opinions are based on someone else's opinions whether it is right or wrong. They also may take whatever is said as fact. That's the way we're taught to think, inadvertently. I hope this makes sense because I'm burning out.
