To review "efficiency" of an organization like this takes more than a week and requires impartiality, something Musk doesn't have.

10,000 Americans are about to be laid off, they have families and homes to pay for and now inflation is rising too.

Any office intended to review efficiency should be overseen by congress, empowered by congress and pursuing a plan approved by congress. Instead we have a billionaire venture capitalist operating in an opaque manner, who's findings are not subject to bipartisan review and who's decisions are likewise not subject to bipartisan review.

You also cannot explain why Musk wants to spend his time doing this, what possible motive can he have? do you really think he is acting out of benevolence? a deep concern for the country and it's people?
