The facts are that Congress and the Judiciary control immigration, not the president.
No one can be deported without a hearing.
And clearly the problem is that by not allowing hearings, Trump goofed and deported some who were citizens or here legally in the process of becoming citizens.

That is proof that there was no "due process" and that Kilmar Abrego Garcia was not given a hearing.
If all the deportees had been given a hearing, then Kilmar Abrego Garcia would have been discovered to have successfully applied for asylum.

The SCOTUS decided that Kilmar Abrego Garcia has to be returned to the US, where he was in the process of legally becoming a citizen.
He had violated no law, so could not legally be deported since he had successfully applied for asylum.

The judge confirmed that he was to be deported.
He came into The USA illegally.
He was a human trafficker.

President Trump's administration deported him and he is now in El Salvador ( his home country)
