US Supreme Court : Agrees with the President : MS13 gangster Kilmar Abrego Garcia must stay in El Salvador's SuperMax

I have proved you are silly, vacant, stupid, shallow and flatly wrong.

This is why you ran away from the question that proves I am right and that you are wrong.

Your cowardice is noted.
Again, the only thing you've proven is your mindless hate for President Trump.
Again, The American People voted for him and his border policies in a massive landslide.
Try to read the title of this thread and stay on topic if you can.
The courts previously confirmed he was an ms 13 gang member.
He entered The USA illegally in 2011.
ms 13 is now considered OFFICIALLY a terrorist group.
The Supreme Court just ruled 9-0 that the district court, or any other rogue judge cannot compel The Secretary of State or The President to retrieve a citizen of El Salvador from El Salvador who again is a member of ms 13.
During the press conference including President Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Kristi Noem Dept. Of Homeland Security, etc. The President of El Salvador Bukele said there was no legal standing for him to return this MS 13 gang banger to The USA, and he wasn't going to do it anyway.
Your blind hatred of anything President Trump says or does causes you to be on the wrong side of every common sense (80%-20%) issue.
The Supreme Court proved you wrong.
President Trump proved you wrong.
The Secretary of State, and Secretary of Dept. Of Homeland Security proved you wrong.
The El Salvador President proved you wrong.
The American People proved you wrong.
Drop the TDS and you might start making more sense.

When they decided... what?
What effect do you think the SC decision has?
It is supposed to have the effect of rendering a decision on the constitutionality of the action. Any normal president, hearing from the highest court in the land, would take corrective action. Not this one, as he really cares nothing about the constitution or laws, considering himself above the law, not having to comply. Now he has spoken to the President of El Salvador in person. The fix is in. He will blame it on El Salvador, as if he is personally, all of a sudden a powerless gimp American President. That guy is screwed and be lucky to make it out alive.

What's an open boarder? A boarder who is not hiding or something.
An open border is one, where the government ignores illegal border crossings as Biden did, as it supported some policy for some purpose, we were never told, outright. After 4 years, we still do not know why that administration did it.

The 9-0 decision partially lifted a stay on the district courts order to facilitate and affectuate the return.
The court allowed the facilitation order to stand. Trump complied.
The court remanded the affectuate order for clarity. To my knowledge the district court has not responded.

What action, ordered and/or required by the court, has Trump not taken?

I know what an open border is besides being Biden's clusterfuck., but I was wondering what an open boarder was.

Border: Delineation between two or more areas
Boarder: Person with a dagger between his teeth who swings onto your ship from a rope tied to a yardarm
Oops.

The facts are that Congress and the Judiciary control immigration, not the president.
No one can be deported without a hearing.
And clearly the problem is that by not allowing hearings, Trump goofed and deported some who were citizens or here legally in the process of becoming citizens.
Who said hearings were not being allowed ? Who said they weren't getting hearings ? Did you watch them from the time they were arrested, straight to the time they left the country ?Saw every minute ? Or is this just CNN talk ?

The administration admits that Kilmar Abrego Garcia was deported by mistake.
That is proof that there was no "due process" and that Kilmar Abrego Garcia was not given a hearing.
If all the deportees had been given a hearing, then Kilmar Abrego Garcia would have been discovered to have successfully applied for asylum.
NO, that is NOT proof at all that there was no hearing. He could have had a hearing, and it could just have had mixed up information, or who knows what might have happened ?

I'd like to know how, this clown is an ILLEGAL with no right to be in OUR country and is now back in his home country under their laws and leaders. Imagine if we demanded the UK send us one of their citizens.
MAYBE because he’s an Illegal alien sneaking into this country he was supposed to have been departed twice already and he’s a member of MS 13 . Please tell us how he got here

The Supreme Court ruled that The President or The Secretary of State could not be compelled by the district court to return an El Salvadorian ms 13 gang member originally from El Salvador back to the USA.
The ruling was 9-0.
Trying to bring this El Salvadorian ms 13 gang banger back to The USA was obviously a stupid notion from the beginning.

Maryland immigrant wrongly deported to El Salvador must return to US, Supreme Court rules

Supreme Court rules Trump officials must 'facilitate' release of man deported to El Salvador

The US Supreme Court has ruled unanimously that the Trump administration must try to release a Maryland man who was mistakenly deported to a mega-jail in El Salvador.

In a 9-0 ruling, the justices declined to block a lower court's order to "facilitate" bringing back Kilmar Ábrego García

This is false.
The Administration was ordered to facilitate his return, as per the district court.
The Administration was not ordered by the court to affectuate his return, as per the district court.

Does no one understand the meaning of "facilitate" and how it compares and contrasts to "affectuate"?

So, your point is you think the Trump Administration is facilitating the return?
Sounds like a gullible partisan point of view to me.

They offered an airplane to bring him home.
That is, in every respect, the facilitation of his return.
Sounds like a gullible partisan point of view to me.
Because you do not understand the meaning of "facilitate" and how it compares and contrasts to "affectuate".

Who says they haven't been. CNN ?
I don’t know. I am not addressing those who get due process. I am discussing only those who don’t.
Again, the only thing you've proven is
Exactly what the set out to prove and did prove.

I have provided you with proof. I am not able to make a lump of crap, like you, learn.

The favorite two words for liberals now is “due process.” Of course they have no idea about the methods in which that’s achieved.
