The judge confirmed that he was a gang member of MS-13.
The judge confirmed that he was to be deported.
He came into The USA illegally.
He was a human trafficker.
ms-13 is now designated a terrorist group.

The Supreme Court just ruled literally 9 to 0 that some district judge cannot compel The President or Secretary of State to retrieve a citizen of El Salvador.
The President of El Salvador said it would be illegal to "smuggle" someone into The USA.

He wasn't granted asylum in 2019. He applied for it but it was denied.

What he did get was a hold on deportation to El Salvador. The Trump Administration could have made arrangements to deport him to another 3rd country that would accept him. But they attempted to make the arrangements and have the hold lifted. They even issued him a work authorization.
