I just wonder... if the US said it was going to negate all foreign aid to countries temporarily... and in order to receive aid in the future, all countries have to apply for that aid and state what the US would receive for that finding.

They should provide proof that the money would be going to the sources that it was intended for. Some countries would receive less or none sat all, depending on what the U would receive in return. Perhaps we would more allies than before. Why should we give countries aid when that money goes to the leaders' comfort instead of the people?
