I stopped reading at your first screwball, misinformed lie. Reagan didn't do that. He proposed it, but only Congress can raise or lower taxes and control spending. If you noticed today, Congress is battling over the budget, not the president. You big dope.
BTW, Reaganomics led the great expansion of the economy in history and ran through the Clinton administration.
