US and Israel Launch Preemptive Attacks on Iran

Let's hope it doesn't come to that.
It will, because Israel is ultimately responsible for its own welfare in the Middle East. Iran is in their backyard, and thus ultimately their responsibility as a regional superpower.

Has no chance.

The clerical theocracy is entrenched in every aspect of Iranian society and is made up of 10s of 1000s of people.

The Ayatollah doesn't choose himself. He is chosen by the clerics for his alignment with their freakish religious beliefs.

It's not like removing Saddam.

It's more like the Taliban, but 100 times bigger and more powerful. A huge network based on ideology.

Gee, sounds like the nazis.

We took them apart too.

All my joints are paying me back for all the hoohah shit I did.
Dads, for all the jumping and schoolyard brawls he got into with his buddies on base. Some of the stories he tells are hilarious.

And yet here you are complaining they weren't left alone.
Well, some peole aren't so simple minded as to think "i don't like you" must mean "You should be killed immediately by our military".

And some people aren't so desperate for attention that they have to create strawman to diddle to have anything to say.

So it goes.

If Hitler could have been killed in 1933 would that have been bad too? Because I don't think you have properly characterized Iran.

My dad did pretty much the same thing, except he passed Ranger training. He served 20 years in the Army, as a paratrooper and later an MP. You should see how much hell he goes through just to climb the stairs here.

If you had been watching FlightRadar like I had over the past 2 months, you would have seen a massive airlift operation in progress, delivering equipment and personnel to various bases in the Middle East, things like vehicles, weapons, munitions, fuel... THAAD and Patriot systems, etc.

If we could move all that and be ready in less than two months, we can easily do an airlift operation to support an Israeli ground assault on Iran. It would be like... (ahem, clears voice, channels his inner jock) "Bro, do you even (air)lift?"

Oh, ye of little faith.
It took the Chair Force 2 days to airlift 1300 Marines of the 23rd MEU to my LHA in GTMO in 1993. They only had to come from NC. Guess how the helos got there? They were island hopping through the Caribbean, except for the CH-53s and they refueled with Marine tankers. They brought zero tanks, and no armored vehicles other than AMTRACs, and damned few of them. Mostly Humvees.

How big of a force is going to invade Iran and from where? Azerbaijan might not like us invading their neighbor from their territory like we invaded Afghanistan from the north. That's how my son got there. They might not like Jews invading their country. Who provides all of that good stuff to our forces that just expended a good bit of it?

And you are still complaining that the Iranian theocracy wasn't left to be.

I don't see a land invasion happening. Targeted airstrikes are the most likely outcome.

Actually, President Trump wants peace. But it was the ayatollah that decided to try and drag it out instead of seriously negotiating.
Or he wisely knew that any deal will Iran will result in Iran not holding its end of the bargain.

And the hardliners will win, resulting in millions of deaths of the people Trump claims he is trying to help.

Bone Spur is an idiot.

They will remain fully behaved until you bone-headed louts try to put in another fairy in a skirt&pumps into the WH plucked off the Obiden HomeO tree. So sorry we're winning <snickering>
