Primarily the US military and diplomatic support for Israel. The US routinely thwarts UN resolutions that could compel Israel to abide by the law, but the US blocked it every single time, democrats and republicans are indistinguishable on this point.

The US has done grave harm to the entire Arab world and often at the behest of Israel, in fact its not hard to do some reading and learn that US middle east policy since 1967 is more or less Israel's chosen policy.
