So your understanding of this conflict is that it is a religious war unrelated to Israel's decades of attacks on Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Palestine, Sudan and Tunisia and its existential threats against all the above.

Far from making existential threats against any country, Israe has made overtures to peace with all of the above countries which have been consistently been met with existential threats against Israel from those counties.
