I tried to mail a CD from UPS yesterday, and they wanted $20.00 to mail it. At the Post office it was $4.00, and said it would be delivered by Monday. UPS said it might get there by Christmas eve. Twice as long and four times more expensive. If the republicans shut down the post office, we're screwed. And the con game goes on.

A true capitalist would be willing to pay more so that the person hauling around your packages isn't working for something that everybody else, who does, or doesn't utilize, pays taxes to keep those prices so cheap.

It's like the GOP saying they're not trying to destroy healthcare to the poor, Medicare, Social Security, or food stamps. It's like this, "A con will gladly lay down your life for his country."
And you will gladly make everyone pay four times as much for everything, just so you can destroy government social programs. Get down on your prayer bones and pray to the CEO's to preserve the "CORPORATE STATES OF AMERICA".
