To me, all that this does is illustrate the fact that natural born females are screwed no matter what move is made. May the first female to get injured as a result from their trying to beat a guy sue whoever allowed the guy to compete against her in the first place.

The only way this stops is if a large enough group of athletes protests at the same time. If only a handful protest, they'll be squashed, but if every woman that competes against this guy took a knee instead of swimming, there would be swift action, because no one wants to see him all alone in the pool. In all seriousness, if they all refuse to swim against him, he becomes meaningless.
