Update on my computer crisis

My franchise has completely changed all the software and last week was as difficult a week as I have ever had in my life

My main front computers are working

Bad news ?? My back office won’t work because my franchise has faulty software and I cannot make a proper reimagining Flash drive to fix it.
I can’t get the higher level tech support guys to call me back and I have no quick books
