UNRWA and Humanitarian Coordinator Declare Emergency In Gaza Strip

The Zionist response to being confronted with Israel's commission of war crimes is "So what?"

We are approaching 200 dead in Gaza, over 70% of the killings war crimes by Israeli officials.

I certainly look forward to upcoming war crime trials.

Here, Btselem representative addresses the fact the airstrikes on homes of Hamas members are unlawful.

So what?

Targeting innocent civilians without warning in Israel, giving them just 15 seconds to run for cover, is also unlawful.

That is not written in The Fourth Geneva Convention.

Targeting civilians and civilian houses is a war crime made unlawful by The Fourth Geneva Convention. It was WWII abuses that led to these laws coming into effect.

One problem as it also says that any civilian that assists in the war effort is henceforth no longer a protected person but a member of the militia. The Geneva conventions are very clear on this.

How about rocket launchings.

Let me ask you this, Sherri, with honesty, and without sacracm. I'll adress you in a mature way, even though you do not deserve it.

In the last news given to us, They said that all sorts of countries tried to reach an understandsment between Israel and Hamas.

Hamas wishes to gain the achievement in this war (meaning- still frustrated that Iron Dome keeps the organization from killing Jews) and gave conditions, some of them don't have anything to do with the situation between Israel and the Palestinians.

So the Israeli offer is this, since they refused the Palestinian one- Israel will immediately cease all attacks on the Gaza strip, will give better fishing range, go easy on the Kerem Shalom passage, and and in exchange, the Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and all organizations, will get completely cleaned of rockets and launchers.

That seems reasonable,

What do you think?

No, not going to happen. The media is showing just what Israel are doing to avoid harming civilians. Hamas are completely to blame for any and all Gazan casualties.

Abbas to ask UN to put Palestine under international protection

Abbas to ask UN to put Palestine under international protection

The cowards are running scared. Yep, *****-slapped again by the sons of pigs and monkeys

Scared women hiding in their homes or under a shapeless black sack, gun battles as conflict resolution, and a religion that preaches hatred and war against anyone in the out-group: what's not to love about “Palestinian” arabs beggars and squatters?

The UNRWA is the world's hugest welfare program. It exists purely to perpetuate the invented "refugee" status of "Palestinian" Arabs who fled their homes when Arab armies told them to get out of the way so the Jew-genocide could commence. It's the only such agency for a terror quasi-state, and it gets $100 million annually from U.S. taxpayers. Does that money go to help impoverished Palestinian Arabs who need to eat and receive medical care or does it buy new Kalashnikovs and plastic explosives for Hamas?

The UNRWA is just a front for terrorists and dictators; the UN itself is a ridiculous joke. One of the few things Reagan did right was cutting U.S. financial support for that farce. Why we're still laying money on it is a mystery to most Americans, at least those who don't live in NYC and own restaurants and hotels near their building.

At least move that cesspool of thieves and murderers to a place more suited for its activities, like Somalia or North Korea.

What war crimes, Mahmoud? Israel is responding to acts of war perpetrated by Islamic terrorists.

Holliie----in Islamic law----a muslim may strike a dhimmi----but the
dhimmi has no actual right to self defense. It is not entirely an impossible
situation. In the caliphate or any shariah cesspit----a dhimmi can HIRE
a muslim escort. In general every day life---dhimmis live in specific areas---
and are under the protection of the local "imam" 'imam' is a kind of generic
word that applies in some places to something like the local chieftain. If the
'imam' objects to the attack------he can deal with it in a kind of civil way--
not even close to a reliable system. THUS Israel can overcome the illegality
of responding to gazan attack------just hire muslims-----really----I am not kiddling --
I could be a QADI-ette

Terrible, isn't it?

From your perspective, anyway.

Now, all you have to do is to convince some power or another to do something about it.

Good luck with that.

Only 200???!!!

The IDF must be slipping... the body count should have been much higher by now.

They must be taking good care to hit only military targets, and to avoid inflicting civilian casualties, to the maximum extent possible, while still ensuring that the military targets are annihilated.

...I certainly look forward to upcoming war crime trials.
Excellent.

If you live another 50 years, you will still be looking forward to those trials, because they will never have been conducted.

Very few here would shed any tears over you wasting your life, with such waiting.

What the hell, it keeps you off the streets.

Not surprised a Zionist supporting Israel's baby and civilian killing makes such a comment, it's no secret the evil in the heart of those of your ilk. It is transparent for all to see.

for a bit of balanced perspective.

so how many rockets out of gaza vs how many dead palestinian terrorists and civilians?

One problem as it also says that any civilian that assists in the war effort is henceforth no longer a protected person but a member of the militia. The Geneva conventions are very clear on this.

Can you demonstrate that the few dozen people killed in Gaza so far were aiding combatants, Phoenall? Or are you just celebrating the deaths of civilians?

How the hell you can sit there and talk about civilians being targeted when hamass fires what amount to giant ****** chasers into Israeli neighborhoods?
And you'd have to ask hamass about the women and children thing. They're the ones using them as humane shields.

When your enemy terrorist tactics they should expect no mercy. And as far as I'm concerned the palestinians are long over due for an attitude adjustment of epic proportions.

Well, apart from blatantly racist language, can you substantiate the "human shield" allegations? I am starting to believe it is totally made up by Z's, so I want someone to prove it.

Then there is your justification of collective punishment on a scale not seen since Hitler. Can you explain why Palestinian civilians should have to pay for the actions of Hamas?

It seems that Hamas' latest rocket attack on Tel Aviv was presaged by one hour's warning of intent to fire, so the civilians of Tel Aviv could take cover. So are they targeting civilians or NOT?

OK, Aris, Hamas gave 1 hour advance notice of intent to target Tel Aviv so civilians could take cover.

Comment?

Comment: The Hamas terrorists provided 1 hour notice of their intent to commit an act of war against a sovereign State.

Ongoing islamist terror attacks against civilian targets in the name of God? An unyielding genocidal agenda based on unreformed, ancient barbaric scriptures?

Pull up a chair at the Israeli armed forces bilateral buffet, where you will be treated with the same respect and service as a lawless, Islamic terrorist enclave held to account (and then some) by the standards of international law.
