Univ of Missouri - What About AFFIRMATIVE ACTION ?

I will be glad to answer the deflecting question when you answer if you support the Missouri football team. If you refuse, then you admit you support the racism, and that's what you and I will then talk about.
NO, I most certainly DO NOT support the screwballs refusing to play football, and appropriate action would be to kick them all off the team and replace them with players who want to play football, and will go out and play it. Disgusting to think that good students and athletes are being denied opportunities, while these spoiled brats engage in delinquent behavior.

The players who are striking (or whatever they call it) should be required to pay full tuition to the university, and no longer being on the football team, should have to really work at getting their grades, like all the other students, instead of getting free passes on grades as is often the case.

As for all this riff raff about racism, one swastika painted by one goofball, doesn't mean much. Does anyone think there isn't going to be one imbecile like that in every crowd > As for the other complaints, they don't seem to have a very high degree of verification, or be very prolific. None of it even comes close to the university's discrimination against WHITES through their widespread affirmative action.

So now you will talk about that affirmative action, the university's anti-White racism, and the hypocrisy flowing here like Niagra Falls. Okay, start talking.

Yes, people are waking up that racialists like you exist, and people won't stand for it. You are unhappy that a minority is standing up to a group that outnumbers it by a 11:1. Fuck you. Your time is gone. Forever.
Numbers are irrelevant. What matters is there is institutionalized racism known as affirmative action, and it is being obscured by much ado about nothing blather.

And quit trashing up my nice clean thread, with your foul, liberal mouth.

the Schools and colleges are becoming nothing more but little Commie camps. Run by radical little Fascist demanding people LOSE THEIR jobs. First off, FIRE the coach who is standing with this and then REPLACE every player who is out on strike. OR GET rid of the football program. they are already little gangsters they can go hustle on the streets or something

AMEN to that !!!! :iagree:

Non-violently protesting isn't radical or a being gangster. You don't know anything about these people other than you do not like their cause so you've decided to besmirch their names instead.
She got it right. Go soak your head.

And you happen to be wrong. The football protest involves >>

1. other players on the team who don't support the protest

2. Players on the other team who are about to play a game against MU

3. Millions of fans of MU, and the other team

4. $31 million being lost to the university, if the game is cancelled (which I suspect is the only reason why the university is apologizing to these THUGS).

I am sorry. I didn't mean to call your buddy out on her bullshit. Non-violent protests do not a gangsta make.

Yup, even though you outnumber the good guys 11: 1, you still lost. The president resigned. The members of the campus are going to follow campus rules and regulations.

Your institutionalized racism collapsed some time ago.

I notice you didn't put the rest of my post in your quote. Maybe because it refuted your statement. Here it is again >>

Chapter 330: Employee Conduct

330.070 Affirmative Action on Committee Appointments

Executive Guideline No. 13, October 31, 1977.

  • Affirmative Action -- As a part of the implementation of the Affirmative Action Plan of the University of Missouri, any person appointing any committee for the University or any campus, in selecting the membership, shall give due consideration to the inclusion in such membership of women and minorities unless membership thereon is ex-officio.

"Due consideration" ? Yeah ? Like picking Blacks, instead of Whites ?

Thoughts on Affirmative Action and Teaching

From an interview with S. David Mitchell, Associate Professor, School of Law

As one might expect, Mitchell has opinions about the recently proposed Missouri referendum that would have eliminated preferential hiring in public employment or education. The referendum was defeated because it failed to secure the needed signatures to be placed on the ballot. If there already was a substantial representation of diversity among students, staff, and faculty, he clarifies, then perhaps affirmative action would no longer be needed. “But until that day comes,” he concludes, “affirmative action is still a necessity.”

It is true I left off the insult but the rest of your post you added afterwards via an edit. Get over yourself.

I don't care if you support their message or not, I just think it is patently stupid to call peaceful/nonviolent protesters, gangsters or thugs.

He resigned over the shame of asshole whites acting like trash toward blacks and whites who were acting sanely.
Not hardly. He knew where the wrong was.
Yup, the racialist whites who disgraced the University, so like you are disgracing the white race. The trashy racialist behavior that you encourage is being swept out of the university.

I explained to you that non-violent doesn't = non-HARM. Get it ?
