Did you really just claim that it's "ambition to want to work" that makes people strive to get a Civil Service job? Here I thought it was that a Civil Service job meant you DIDN'T have to work but still got good pay and benefits with ZERO chance of getting fired! Silly me... (eye roll)The poorest whites are either drug or alcohol dependent, and/or poorly or uneducated, or disabled. I infer you are defining those who can't secure employment in minimum wage jobs, and live on the dole. And of course the ambition to want to work.
You thought wrong. You are brainwashed or incapable of meeting the minimum requirements to secure a civil service job. Stereotyping is an over generalized belief about a particular group or class of people and an example of bigotry.

Your idea of unity is to simply grind everybody under your uber-woke jack boot. That isn't actual unity, though. Actual unity involves compromise, moving towards the middle and not waging war on anybody who does not goose step along with you.
