The unemployment number is all apart of the con...or if you prefer all apart of the game.
In order to maintain some sense of reality that the markets are even close to anything but a fantasy - economic pages in the news need to be as positive as possible.

He sure did not help the numbers with not voting for the keystone pipeline

If he's re-elected he'll okay that pipeline because he won't need the big green vote anymore.
