Undertow or Rip Current -cause?

I have a theory that The Devil is the cause of undertows or rip currents that pull people out to sea underwater in calm water. I do not have proof of this but it is my belief.

Well, what you need to do is an investigation. I think there are some other theories out there, and you need to analyze and compare them, and discover if there are any that align with your theory.
