Understanding the US Constitution

Where in the US Constitution does it state that the Federal Government can tell States how to conduct their Voting Procedures? No where. This attempt by the Democrats violates States Rights contained in the US Constitution. A Federal Court will declare it Unconstitutional. There is a massive attempt to change our government from a Constitutional Republic Governed by the Rule of Law to a Socialist/Communist one. Many brave men and fought in battle to protect our precious freedoms.
I truly believe ending the Draft was a huge mistake. A majority members of Congress never had the courage to serve in our Armed Forces to protect our Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic. I salute those members that have served in our Armed Forces.

The Constitution gives Congress the power to regulate federal elections. Try reading it sometime.

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1:
The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.
Progressives have expanded the Constitution to mean that the Federal government can do whatever the hell it wants, so long as the 9 Black robes agree.

And with only one real conservative on the court,, whom they all want to tar and feather because he is a black man, we all know the end result of about every vote.

6 of the 9 on the court are right wing fascists. Just because 5 of them refuse to steal a election does not exonerate them.

The constitution gives the federal government the power to protect constitutional rights everywhere. States are given the power to run their elections but that does not mean they can run them dirty and get away with it.

A bunch of shit you just made up, all of it
You kinda missed that Constitution stuff didn’t you?

The Federal government rigging elections so that fascist Democrats win isn't in the Constitution, Poindexter

2020 Election
Largest voter turnout EVER
Most honest election EVER

Over 150 million LEGAL votes

2020 Election, stolen by the fascist Democrats who no longer even pretend to believe in democratic elections. All the key states flipped from Trump to Biden in the dark of the night

Because mail in ballots were counted last. The same thing happened in states that counted mail in ballots earlier. Biden jumped out to a big, early lead although thjey did not hold.

It can be found here in the Constitution:

“This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.” Article VI, US Cont.

And here:

‘Although the Elections Clause makes states primarily responsible for regulating congressional elections, it vests ultimate power in Congress. Congress may pass federal laws regulating congressional elections that automatically displace (“preempt”) any contrary state statutes, or enact its own regulations concerning those aspects of elections that states may not have addressed. The Framers of the Constitution were concerned that states might establish unfair election procedures or attempt to undermine the national government by refusing to hold elections for Congress. They empowered Congress to step in and regulate such elections as a self-defense mechanism.”’

And here:

Cooper v. Aaron (1958).

Considering all the bullshit that went down in that last national election? With all the law changes, and the way the various states ran their elections? This is probably the most ironic and least self-aware post I will read all month.

Thanks for the chuckle.
You're welcome. Typical the Trumpbots would have a problem with a simple statement of fact.
Evidently you are clueless when it comes to our Constitution as well separations of powers.
No, that would be you – you’ve exhibited a comprehensive ignorance on the topic.

You might want to research first and educate yourself before starting such an abundantly embarrassing thread premise.

OH !!!! The Hypocrisy !!!!!

You totally left out your meaning that "dirty" to you means anything you disagree with, legal / Constitutional or not.
Republican efforts to suppress the vote by putting up undue, often racially, motivated hurdles to voting. Are we clear now? You people don't want minorities voting and it has been a 150 year battle to get to the point where we can be sure most of their votes are not being thrown in the trash.

More you're a racist bull shit from the fascist Democrat
You're really bad at this.
He's really bad at anything that requires thought or character.

Sucking up to leftists. Sad, but sadly not surprising

Don't you have finger painting to do?

No, I'm not in your history class

And every time in every toss up State there were just enough "mail in ballots" to just barely flip the election. Calling heads once and getting heads once is not surprising. Calling heads over and over and getting heads every time is how Democrats stole the election

When the framers drafted the Constitution they placed an internal check within Congress that has been removed. The state legislatures were supposed to appoint the Senate while the people directly chose the HoR. The idea was to allow state governments a say in legislation being discussed in Congress. If such legislation passed into law it was because the majority of states thru the Senate agreed to them.

After the seventeenth amendment was adopted the SC became the arbiter between the States and national government as to where the lines were to be drawn.

Yes, the 17th amendment was the dumbest amendment ever, even worse than the income tax. States were so stupid to give up their only limits on the Federal government's power
