Under-reporting in news coverage

Which countries don't get the needed coverage in media for Americans to get the right picture from world-events?
A lot of countries only seem to get attention when there is a crisis.

We only have so much time and newsprint. Russian and Germany no longer get the coverage they should. And China never has.


There is enough coverage of Paris Hiton, Justin Beiber and Lindsy Lohan however. More than enough.
