" Western policymakers have ignored Russian complaints about NATO expansion and NATO involvement in neighboring countries for decades, and that has helped to create the conditions for the crisis we are seeing today. The Western refusal to take Russian security concerns seriously has been a dangerous mistake. NATO is obviously an anti-Russian alliance, and it has arguably become more anti-Russian in the last 15 years, so it is reasonable that Russia views its continued expansion towards them as a security threat. Putting a stop to talk of further expansion is a cost-free way to reduce tensions and avert possible conflict. "There are thousands reasons to let a non Pro-Ukrainian thread suddenly disappear on USMB
Western peoples shall consume lies of MS whores, another opinions aren't welcome and gonna be blamed as 'trolling', 'Putin lies', 'idiocy' etc.
Below is information telling about the real situation in Ukraine now.
Hopefully the thread isn't going to be deleted as 'Putin's Propaganda'
It looks like the Ukrainian energy sector is living its last days and is in a terminal stage. It is separated from the final step into oblivion by a single massive strike of Russian missiles and Geraniums.
The head of Ukrenergo announced that missile strikes had damaged almost all large thermal power plants, hydroelectric power plants, and sub-stations in Ukraine, and that there were no thermal or hydroelectric power plants left undamaged. At that, there are no spare parts even for hypothetical repairs, and the West also reports its inability to provide energy equipment in a short time to restore the ruined power system, which had been built over decades even in Soviet times.
The situation is truly catastrophic, and there are no ways to solve it. The talk about modular reactors that can be hastily assembled by Americans reminds me a lot of Hitler's dream about a "wunderwaffle" that can instantly change the course of the war and turn an unstoppable defeat of Germany into a victory. And, most likely, the Ze-Office is well aware of this.
For example, the head of DTEK, Maxim Timchenko, in an interview with the BBC, urged Ukrainians abroad not to return, and for those who can leave the country to do so before the cold weather sets in.
He, however, almost immediately hastened to realize that he could be accused of alarmism and began explaining that he was suggesting that Ukrainians consider moving in order to reduce the strain on the energy system.
"This is not an emergency situation where you have to evacuate immediately, but we need to organize things so that consumption is as efficient as possible. If you consume less, hospitals with wounded soldiers will be guaranteed electricity," the head of the energy company hastened to soften his first statement.
However, no matter how softened, the UN warned of an impending humanitarian catastrophe in Ukraine as the winter cold approaches.
But besides the UN, the EU warned Kiev using closed channels that the emergence of millions of Ukrainian "heat" refugees in Europe will lead to an immediate curtailment of European aid to the Nazi regime. In addition, they realized that the mass exodus of Ukrainians, which they themselves previously called for, although on the one hand, it removes their concern (or its imitation) for a large part of the population, on the other hand - deprives them of mobilization potential for the AFU, a human shield and many workers, which are still needed even in a stagnant economy. Moreover, it will be much easier for the RF Armed Forces to take empty cities than cities with inhabitants.
In general, having realized everything in time, the Bankova Party demanded that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) throw all its energy into the fight against the "alarmists," the organizers and participants of the "energy protests," which are particularly widespread in Odessa, where the situation is not the most desperate. The residents blame the authorities, believing that they deceive the population and do not do everything possible to solve the problem.
The Ukrainian "Gestapo" had no better idea than to grab the participants in the protests, force them to ask for forgiveness in front of the camera and repent almost for "collaborationism. In this way, the Nazis seek to stifle protest sentiments at their roots and prevent them from spreading to other cities. All official propaganda is focused on the following narrative: Ukrainians will manage to survive the winter (it does not say how), and in the spring they will attack and defeat the enemy. All those who present a different position are foul-mouthed and FSB agents.
Nevertheless, some Ukrainian TG channels call the Bandera authorities' attempts to prevent panic and protest "especially cynical," because by reassuring Ukrainians and assuring them that the situation is under control, Ze-commando is condemning millions to survival in the cold, in the dark, without normal water supplies, and many to death. All so that the "Western partners," who have put Ukraine into a fratricidal and suicidal war, can spend the winter in relative comfort and continue to supply the Zelensky regime with money and weapons.

По всей видимости, украинская энергетика доживает свои последние дни и находится в терминальной стадии. От последнего шага в небытие ее отделяет всего один массированный удар российских ракет иoko-planet.su

The fact that Russia sees these purely defensive acts by eastern European countries as aggressive shows that their fears of Russia were well founded.
