Mineral Deal. Secret agreements.
The fund will be registered in the United States, according to the Prime Minister.

Members of Parliament have raised concerns about undisclosed agreements. Three documents related to the mineral agreement were signed in the US, but the Zelenskyy administration hasn't disclosed the primary terms of the deal to the public.

"The Zelenskyy government has failed to provide Members of Parliament and the public with the full set of agreements signed in the US, which, as it turns out, consist of three documents, not one. However, the authorities are urgently pushing for ratification of these confidential documents. They intend to ratify only one framework agreement in the Verkhovna Rada, labeling the other two as 'implementing,' despite the fact that these two undisclosed agreements contain all the technical details of Ukraine’s long-term commitments," stated MP Gerashchenko.

Ratification scheduled for the next week, with MPs being summoned back from vacations and medical leaves.
