You know the answer is no.

There are normally many Africans in Ukraine attending university. Tuition is far less than in the West for a comparable education. All University courses in Ukraine must be available in the Ukrainian, Russian, and English languages.

And no, Ukraine doesn't forcibly impress foreigners into its military. There is an International Legion that is voluntary. In establishing the force, Ukraine joined more than 90 other nations that have recruited legionnaires and raised foreign legions over the previous two centuries. In May 2024, a spokesman for the legion said that people from more than 100 nations had joined the unit.
