UH OH; Trainwreck At Madison Square Garden Tonight

Show me the legal actions that could have been done to get him to step down. I ask this because your answer of "correct" is all opinion and it is not based on facts.

It's very much based on facts, which I just gave you. You're simply being obtuse now. Have a nice day.

Republicans long ago abandoned trying conceal their racism, bigotry, and hate – the MSG rally is another example of that.
The bigotry of the Democrats was on full display as they chanted death to Jews and beat them up.

The legal action would have been to 25th him, and they threatened to do so.

The Dems not only staged a coup d’tat but then they picked an unqualified idiot as the replacement - trapped into it, really. They picked her as VP because she was a Female Black, and that overrode considerations like…..er……competence.

If the identity politics Dems would have been satisfied with a Female Non-Caucasian, they could have picked Gabbard. But noooooo…..had to be a black, specifically.

If you anti-white racists hadn’t been so intent on blackness, you could have had Tulsi Gabbard going up against Trump, and she would have won.

Puerto Rico has gotten a lot of money and a lot of government employment from the mainland. They even got rid of some of the government employment they did not want. The island is corrupted. Trump knows this. The unions down there are the real privileged. A lot of supplies from the hurricane never made it to the people. Money for infrastructure over the years never made it to its intended purpose. So, they had water and electric systems that would go out quick and be hard to start up again to full capacity. And that is what happened. Teh governor of the island was berating Trump as she was a Prog. She ended up with some criminal charges several months later. Taxpayers get screwed. And prog adherents always spew the hate cards. Well now the currency is over extended, and inflation comes more easily. And we are getting tired of you not keeping your own controlled.
You talk about Corruption in Puerto Rico as if it was unique in corruption, regarding the U.S.

Most Corrupt States 2024

The ten states with the highest corruption scores were (in order) Vermont, Utah, Arizona, Oregon, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Washington.

In addition, the corruption in Puerto Rico is not substantially higher than the U.S.

Puerto Rico is the 31st least corrupt nation out of 180 countries, while the U.S. ranks 24th least corrupt nation.

So where does that give Tony Hitchcliffe the right to say that "Puerto Rico is an garbage island"? Why would Trump support such a statement?

No, you gave me opinion on how they might have "tried" to get him out. Biden was the Democrat nominee by vote and he could not be removed legally unless he stepped down (or was proven to be mentally impaired - which requires a medical evaluation and determination).

Given that you disagree with that statement, you need to show how "legally" he could have been taken down without that medical evaluation being done. The word "threatened" does not work when talking about legal matters.

Conservatives can’t do comedy because what they find funny—picking on the weak and defenseless—doesn’t amuse normal people. Usually, that doesn’t matter at political rallies, which are designed to rev up the faithful.
But it matters if the target is a key voting demographic … for the other side.

At Sunday’s Donald Trump rally at Madison Square Garden in New York City, “comedian” Tony Hinchcliffe did everything possible to help Vice President Kamala Harris’

“There’s literally a floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean right now. I think it’s called Puerto Rico,” this joker said. Literally calling Puerto Ricans garbage. And … why? Because they think racism is funny.

What shouldn’t be funny for the Trump campaign is that 3.8% of Pennsylvania’s population—467,000 people—is Puerto Rican. President Joe Biden won the state by only 80,555 votes in 2020.

That’s not all: 1.15 million live in Florida, where Democrats are hoping for an upset Senate win.

Another 230,000 live in Texas, home of yet another competitive Senate race.

North Carolina has 115,000 Puerto Ricans, where Trump won by only 74,483 votes in 2020.

Georgia has 109,000 Puerto Ricans, a state Trump lost by just 11,779 votes in 2020.

Wisconsin has 65,084 Puerto Ricans, which Trump lost by 20,682 votes in 2020.

The stupidity of this “joke” cannot be understated, yet it serves as a stark reminder of just how much these people hate anyone that isn’t white men like them.

But the rest of us Latinos shouldn’t feel left out. He hates us too.

Those evangelicals who sold their souls in service of Trump? Congrats, now they’re on the team making ejaculation jokes at big political rallies.

And heck, if you’re going to go all-out racist, why hold back?

You do know why Trump had Tony Hinchcliffe make the racist ugly bigoted Puerto Rico joke for him, In New York. Because he knows exactly who you people are. He is speaking directly to your hate based thinking. Like he has said multiple times, thank God for the stupid.

Question is what for. Trump is trailing Harris by 14 points in NY.
Why was Kommiela in Texas a few days ago? No way she win Texas.

Oh yeah, she showed up to whine and cry that Texas doesn't allow you to kill your baby until birth.

MSG last night was an absolute trainwreck for DJT.
Because a comedian told a bad joke? Trump knew nothing about that.

And that pales in comparison to Kamala, proposing ant-white programs and too incompetent to answer a basic question.

Harris/Walz should make that disgusting joke an ad. Run it every Swing State. This is exactly how ReNaziKlans feel about minorities.
They should also be pointing at Elon Musk's super PAC and putting it under the media spotlight. Maybe the sitting VP calling attention to this will get some people in the Tesla boardroom talking again about forcing a separation. Same with his other companies.

He's already being sued by Pennsylvania for his illegal lotteries.

The women who got pregnant because they were too lazy or irresponsible to use birth control (99% of cases) will just have to take a bus ride to New Mexico.

Let me put this issue to rest.

1) and from the 25th amendment statutes:

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments (A majority of current or acting heads of 15 cabinet positions would need to agree with the vice president to invoke the 25th Amendment) or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Kamala Harris did not see President Biden as mentally incapacitated, so no action could occur to bring Biden down if he did not do it himself. Even if she had declared the 25th Amendment, she still would have needed 15 cabinet positions to do it. Cabinet positions are not held by Pelosi or Schumer.

2) as far as how legal was the nomination of Harris without primaries:

Q: In such an unprecedented situation are there any legal concerns with having a democratic candidate that wasn't in the primaries?

So, there may be some legal challenges, but there are no legal concerns. The Democratic nominee will not be officially selected until the Democratic Convention later in August. There is nothing unlawful because though President Biden was the presumptive nominee, he was not yet the official nominee nor was he on any ballots before he said he was leaving the race. Each party decides how it would like to determine its nominee. The Democratic Party will hold a virtual roll call starting August 1st and Vice President Kamala Harris is running unopposed as no challenger met the thresholds required to challenge her. She received over 3,000 of the 4,000 pledged delegates. So, as of right now, we have not seen that there have been any legal concerns that might stop the process.

As such, there was nothing that could have been done by the Democrats if Kamala Harris has not agreed to invoking the 25th amendment and 15 cabinet positions agreed as well.

END OF STORY!!!!!
